Hi Everyone,
sorry it's been a while building a house is certainly a lot of work and time. We have been extremely busy clearing our block and doing the sandpad ready for the builders. I am now happy to say that we have finished our part and the builders have taken over (until we have to put septics in). I have never cooked so much in my life as I have the past couple of months. I have been nick-named the tea lady!
Anyway enough chit chat now to some creativity. My elest daughter had a birthday to go to a little while ago and she choose this new stamp stamp from the autumn-winter mini Pony Party for me to make a card. I must admit with having 3 daughters this stamp set has had a workout already and I am sure it will be a favourite for a long time to come. I love all the little bits you can add to the pony's rump and that it can either be a pony or unicorn. I am loving the new bright pink In-colour Melon Mambo reaching for this one a lot. Contact me today at elp@bigpond.net.au to order your very own Pony Party stamp set available in either wood mount ($34.95) or clear mount (25.95). What do you think?

Vintage Vogue

Hello everyone

Well I thought I better show you all a card I made with a brand new stamp set called Vintage Vogue. This stamp set is very quickly becoming my all time favourite set, it is so beautiful and elegant and can be used in so many different ways. This is a card I made for an Engagement party we had a few weeks ago, I must admit though I had trouble handing it over as I just love the way it turned out. I also used one of the new in colours Melon Mambo for the flower, this pink is gorgeous and very elegant in it's own right. There are also 2 other new in colours I will be posting more cards over the next couple of days to show you so be sure to check back often. This stamp set is in the newly released Autumn-Winter mini catalogue and is available in either wood mount or clear mount. Check it out at the StampinUP! website by clicking on the link in the left hand sidebar or if you would like me to post you a copy of the catalogue please email me at elp@bigpond.net.au . I didn't think I would like clear mount sets very much but I LOVE them, they take up a lot less space , are cheaper than wood mount and still have StampinUP!'s beautiful crisp clear images.

Well I must go and create 20 small Mother's Day gifts for the school Mother's Day school, with twins comes double the amount of gifts to do lucky I love creating. Enjoy your day.

Hi Everyone,

Well here we are half way through March with Easter approaching very quickly. I have had a busy couple of months with family events and sickness. It has just started to slow down and I have had some quality time creating in my little nook. I had a lovely box filled with brand new products delivered a week and a half ago and I have throughly enjoyed every minute being able to play with everything new.

I created this photo frame for a precious new baby in my life and I was very pleased with the results, The colours and bird match the nursery theme. If I don't say so myself it looks pretty cute in the room. I am planning to do one for each of my girls for Christmas for their rooms in the new house. I really enjoyed doing this, it was fun getting it just right.

Hope this inspires. Happy creating.

Well Hello everyone,

Wow I can't believe Christmas and New Year have been and gone and the girls are starting school next week. Sorry it's been a while but with the Christmas rush then camping for a couple of weeks, all the washing and unpacking after camping, getting ready for school I have just got a moment now. I am hoping to have a lot more moments to myself as the twins are starting kindy this year, YIPEE(I love them dearly but they are sooo ready for school). Everyone keeps saying to me what are you going to do with yourself, you wont know yourself! In fact I have a list as long as my arm of things to do, starting with some stamping the first week I think then cleaning, decluttering and making curtains for our new house which we have just signed onto this week YAY! I am very, very, very excited at the thought that we are going to be in our very own house by Christmas. I will keep you posted.

Anyway I know you want to see some stamping. These photo's are of some mince pies I made which I prettied up for a wonderful friend of mine and her husband as a little Christmas gift. You can't see the plate that well but when I saw it in the shop I just had to have it because one it was very cute and two the colours were certainly celery and kraft exactly. I love the fact that stamps and techniques can be used for anything your mind comes up with. I thought my mince pies looked a treat! Next time you need to but a gift for someone think outside the box and see what you can come up with.

Happy creating.
